M107AI : Macrophage Activation Syndrome (Rare Disease)

Macrophage Activation Syndrome (MAS) is an autoinflammatory disorder that occurs as a complication of rheumatoid arthritis, infection, and cancer therapy with high mortality, but there is no specialized treatment. MAS is characterized by an overwhelming cytokine storm and bone marrow abnormalities. We are developing an orphan drug (M107AI) for MAS.
